    The first day we stayed in a room the temperature was hot in the room. We complained about it and we were upgraded in another bigger room with outside windows.Manager apologized about the inconvenience caused and even reimbursed half of the room rate. I appreciated the professionalism of the manager and the staff and I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

    Location is good in the center of Trabzon and very friendly staff.good biffet breakfast.

    The location is grate, just in the city center ware you can find allot of grate shawrmah ( durum ) cafeterias. The hotel is located in the center of all other attraction in trabzon region

    I booked a deluxe room and the hotel provided me a slandered one. The hotel staff ware not helpful to solve this mistake. The hotel refused to refund the deference between the room provided and the room booked. the breakfast is not that good. the WC is so small

    Friendly staff and Good services. Room was clean and quite comfortable. The location is very good, right at the city center and it's easy to reach the other parts of the city and get back to the hotel.

    The breakfast. Air conditioning. The bathroom. Staff is not fluent in English. Do not know why, but it doesn't feel like a five star hotel, and therefore one could say it's expensive.

    The location was perfect, the staff at the reception were very helpful and nice

    I almost finished all my perfumes spraying the toilet because of a bad smell coming from the venting hole !!! you can't sleep after 8 am .. it gets too noisy !

    The location is in the city center , the hotle is the only 5 Stars hotel in Trabzon .

    The parking is very diffcult as it is always crowded with cars in front of the Hotel.

    its near or ( at center ) down town trabzon.

    1.prices to high compare to other hotels 2. air condition not good at all in the rooms and in the lobby 3. to much rules about swimming pool ( u have to cover your head befor you swimm ) 4. bathroom is so tide and small ( there is some dangerous edges of marble sink whare the kids can easly hit there heads & shwer glass can be broken ).
